The Wallacia Progress Association Inc was established in 1902 and is managed by a volunteer committee. The hall was built by volunteers in the 40’s opened in 1954. It is listed on the NSW heritage list and is one of the few village halls still owned by the community.
The committee holds a General Meeting in the hall, usually on the second Tuesday evening of the month at 7.30pm. Everyone is welcome to attend but only financial members of the Association are entitled to vote. Membership is only $1.00 although donations are welcome.
